All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During festivals, sales, or high order volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).
5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unreachable contact number, the order may be returned to us.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing the order.
Aushdha shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact information.
7. Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, Aushdha is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their shipments.
