Thank you for shopping with Aushdha. We strive to provide high-quality natural Gomay products to our customers. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Product received in unusable condition
To be eligible for a return:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Clear photos/videos of the product and package must be shared for verification
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Orders placed by mistake after shipping
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
